A kinesiology graduate, student-athlete, and NASM-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, Bree thrived at the intersection of fitness and creativity. She was naturally drawn to content creation, even in roles where it wasn’t part of her core responsibilities. Crafting visuals, telling stories, and managing creative projects became a constant thread running through her professional journey, quietly guiding her toward her true calling.
After a few years in coaching, Breana stepped away, feeling the pull to follow society’s idea of a “real job.” That period left her adrift — disconnected from her passions, her nervous system taxed, and her sense of self diminished. Stability in a corporate role gave her the space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with herself. In this reflective space, she rediscovered what she loved beyond work — painting, wellness practices, and creative expression. It was here that everything clicked: her experiences, passions, and lessons converged into a single purpose, laying the foundation for what would become Sunstay Collective.
The name carries deep meaning: the “Sun” reflects her love for light, energy, and growth, while “Collective” represents the fusion of her passions — health and coaching, self-development, and creativity through content. Sunstay Collective is the culmination of her journey, a space where her interests, experiences, and purpose align.
Today, Breana’s mission is to help everyday people live healthier, more balanced lives while rediscovering themselves, embracing their creativity, and feeling supported through community, coaching, and meaningful experiences.
